Personal Specification: The maximum amount of wall areawhilst remaining within building regulations to create more of an extension/pavilion conservatory. Personal touches included Georgian bars in top windows and decorative denture moulding around the ring beam on the roof. Also included internal plastering lighting and electric sockets along with heating.
